                 Football & Cheerleading 2010 Registration

Early Registration for returning players and their siblings is on Saturday, April 17th and April 24th from 9:00am to Noon at the Hal Brady Alachua Recreation Center.

Open Registration for all new players and late returning players will be held every Saturday from May 1st through July 17th from 9:00am to Noon at the Hal Brady Alachua Recreation Center.

Late Registration for all players until teams have reached a max of 35 players and "waiting list" of a max of 5 players. "Waiting list" players are not guaranteed a roster spot, so register early.


Please DO NOT drop off applications at the Recreation Center other than the times and dates scheduled. We will NOT accept those applications!

                                                                  Registration Fees: 

Tackle Football (ages 7-15)  $100 (April 17-June 12 )        $125 (June 19- July 17)                                  


Cheerleading (ages 7-15) $140.00 (April 17-July 17)   

                                         Please bring the following with you to Registration:

Registration Fee: PAID IN FULL or Scholarship Application Packet (Scholarship Application Info)
                                and Partial payment.

Copy of Birth Certificate

Current Physical dated AFTER January 1, 2010. Only offical Pop Warner form will be accepted. 
                               (2010 Physical and Health History Form)

Copy of final report card for 2009-2010 school year. *****Report Card must include ALL GRADING PERIODS. Students MUST have a MINIMUM 2.0 GPA to participate in Pop Warner.
If Registering prior to the end of the school year, keep in mind that Registration Application is not complete until copy of report card is recieved.

Parent or Legal Guardian must accompany each child. There are forms that must be signed for the child to participate.

We will be having FREE physicals to be announced soon at Alachua Elementary School. After that date, any incomplete applications will be rejected and the applicant will not be allowed to participate. At that time 50% of the registration fee paid will be refunded. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS !!!
